(7) The right of opposition presupposes that the data subject at any time has the right to oppose, for reasons related to his / her particular situation, the processing of personal data in certain circumstances, as (i) the processing was carried out in the legitimate interest of the operator, or (ii) the processing is aimed at direct marketing, including the creation of profiles based on those provisions.

The right shall not be the subject of a decision based solely on the automatic processing of the data of the data subject, including the creation of profiles which produce legal effects or which significantly affect it.
